1. Relationship to business subscription
Access may be supplied through a business organization's subscription and project permissions. These User Terms supplement but do not supersede the organization's separately negotiated MSA, Order Form, DPA or lawful project governance agreement. Accepting these User Terms alone does not authorize a person to sign commercial agreements, direct enterprise data deletion or legally bind their employer or another company.
2. Eligibility and account security
Users must supply accurate identity/role details and maintain a personal account. Credentials and MFA factors must not be shared. Use must remain within assigned company, project, module and record permissions. Users must report suspected access misuse through To be confirmed: security email or their organization's approved contact. Invitations can expire or be revoked and do not create ownership of the underlying project workspace.
3. Permitted conduct
Users may perform authorized field, supervisory, planning, administrative or document review activities. Users must not probe another tenant's data, bypass access controls, scrape the site, upload malware or secrets, impersonate project personnel, alter records without authority or misuse AI features. The AUP at To be confirmed: aup canonical url forms part of these User Terms where validly incorporated.
4. Project content and collaboration
Submitting a photo, inspection, observation, permit, incident, schedule, comment, witness statement or corrective action represents that the user has authority to upload and disclose it within the relevant project and workflow. Documents, report histories and audit trails can be accessible to other authorized participating organizations according to the project's configuration and governing agreements. An individual user's personal request cannot automatically override other participants' rights to preserve evidence or legally required records.
5. Sensitive and safety information
Use the minimum information needed for lawful project operations. Accident or injury information, worker names and medical attention details may be particularly sensitive; do not upload patient records, government identification numbers, private medical charts or unrelated personal information without separate approval and technical safeguards. Appropriate field notices and internal permissions are the responsibility of the relevant project/employer/controller. Report inadvertent disclosures promptly.
6. Reliance and professional responsibility
SiteAxis assists with recordkeeping and workflows, not independent verification of safety, professional engineering judgment, contractual notice validity, schedule accuracy, regulatory compliance or calculations. Users must follow employers' procedures and authorized approvals; AI-generated summaries and risk flags require qualified human review.
7. Personal information
SiteAxis independently processes limited account, website, security, support and billing-contact information as set out in Privacy Policy. The project sponsor or relevant organization may independently determine the processing of user-submitted project content; individual rights requests concerning such content may be referred to that organization. The DPA, not this user's acceptance, governs processor obligations under an enterprise agreement.
8. Access loss, availability and changes
Access may end when employment/project assignment ends, a subscription changes or security action is necessary. Users should export authorized personal copies only when their organization permits it. SiteAxis may amend these Terms after notice where legally required and will record updated acceptance when applicable. These Terms grant no guaranteed future feature, project membership or access to archived modules.
9. Governing provisions
Liability, fees, data exit and formal disputes between SiteAxis and a subscribing enterprise are primarily governed by the organization's contract; individual rights under mandatory law remain unaffected. Contact To be confirmed: legal notice email; effective language/jurisdiction To be confirmed: user terms governing law; other dispute procedures To be confirmed: user terms dispute process.
Imported Schedule authority
For imported P6/XER schedules, the designated imported fields remain authoritative unless a different source is expressly agreed and enabled. Experimental CPM, shadow calculations, diagnostics and AI summaries do not replace that authority. Imported schedules may be read-only according to their source, configuration and permissions. Customers must independently validate baselines, calculations and exports before relying on them.
